Yes, every fish you bought from us is covered with D.o.A warranty, there’s no need to worry 🙂
How does it works ?
- Retail customer gets 100% warranty on the fish, while wholesale gets 50%, we will give you refund of the fish price when you claim for warranty.
- When you get your shipment, always make uncut video of the unboxing process, then show us dead fishes in the bag unopened.
- Fill the claim form below.
- Your refund will be available within 48 hours.
- Please note that Shipping cost, Transhipper Fee and Local Shipping cost are not paid to us, therefore its non-refundable.
